Redington Tempt (CT Trout) is a Classic moderate action trout rod series. It started out a few years ago as the Redington CT (Classic Trout). The CT had a popular following as a good value for a very good Trout rod. Last year the name changed to the Tempt. It was pretty much the same rod with maybe some minor cosmetic changes. Returning for 2013, The Classic Trout lives again. Seems to be pretty much the same rod but with a name that fits! The Classic Trout is exactly what a Trout rod should be; Moderate action, Lightweight and versatile enough to get you through a days fishing no matter what needs you encounter. Like the Tempt, the new Classic trout will be offered in 9 four piece sizes and 2 Six piece sizes for the most space conscious angler. The Classic Trout will be available sometime in September 2014 and are available to purchase on a pre-order basis.
